Accessibility is a legal requirement
The BFSG has applied since June 2025 – does it apply to you?
Since 28 June 2025, the BFSG (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, Germany’s accessibility act) has been in force. It affects many associations and societies that sell memberships, congress tickets or registrations online – whether it affects yours depends on the size of your organisation and what you offer. We look at your case and put in place what’s missing: as part of a relaunch, or step by step while the site keeps running.

We know your world
We know what an AWMF member society is, why an abstract deadline is not up for negotiation, and what membership administration has to cope with when the board changes every two years.
Our longest relationship in this field: since 2020 we have looked after the German Society for Allergology and Clinical Immunology (DGAKI) – without a break, through several changes of board. The people responsible on the society’s side have changed in that time; the website, member area, newsletter system and event platforms kept running as before. That is what we mean by continuity. We also work for foundations, research institutions and companies in biotech and the life sciences.

Small requests: done the same working day
A new board member on the website, an updated statutes PDF, a date on the home page: we deal with requests like these on the same working day. Not as an exception when it happens to suit us, but as part of our support at a fixed monthly price.
Small changes like these are included in the monthly price. Larger pieces of work and ongoing development are billed by time spent – every item listed separately and clearly on the invoice. And nobody in your office has to chase us three times.
